Anola Eitzinger is an exceptional professional - a founding member and principal migration consultant of Adex Consulting Pty. Ltd. She is experienced, well qualified and performance driven.
Anola has several citizenships as she is an American citizen by birth, lived in New Zealand as a citizen for many years, and is now an Australian citizen by grant. She has lived as a permanent resident in Austria (Europe) and is now enjoying life as an Australian citizen living in Melbourne. As an experienced migrant herself, Anola has an intimate knowledge and personal understanding of the concerns and issues faced by new migrants and their families. Consequently, our service does not stop when you have been granted a visa. We go the extra mile to ensure that your migration concerns are addressed, and once you have arrived in Australia, we will help you to feel at home in no time at all.
Anola has many years of experience in the migration advisory profession gained both in Australia and previously in New Zealand. Anola's experience includes all types of residency and temporary applications and citizenship applications,as well as preparing refugee applications and appeals to various appeal authorities and to the Minister of Immigration. In addition to her experience as a migration professional, Anola has had a successful career in education as a school principal, college lecturer and teacher.
Anola is registered as a Migration Agent for all states of the Commonwealth of Australia. She is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA). Her academic credentials include the following qualifications:

- Bachelor of Arts - University of Canterbury

Financial Consultants
Gunter Eitzinger is a professional accountant, also a founding member of Adex Consulting Pty. Ltd. and the principal financial consultant of our specialist Business Migration division. Gunter is the primary contact for persons interested in applying for a business skills visa (business owners or senior business executives), and for employers who wish to sponsor employees for a visa, such as a 457 Visa for temporay employment, or for a permanent visa.
Gunter is Austrian by birth, but has lived in New Zealand for many years and is now an Australian citizen living in Melbourne.
Gunter has extensive experience in financial consulting and in commerce gained both in Australia and New Zealand. This includes more than 14 years in a senior role with international accounting and consultancy firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Gunter's professional experience with PwC included attest work (statutory audit, due diligence), corporate recovery services (business appraisal, trading insolvent businesses in receivership, liquidations, fraud investigations, litigation support), review of management control systems, management and financial accounting, as well as financial modeling and business valuation work. Gunter has also held a number of senior management positions with corporates in Australia.
Gunter is also a registered as a Migration Agent for all states of the Commonwealth of Australia Gunter is active on the Victoria/Tasmania MIA State Committee, during 2004 and 2006 he was the State mentor for the MIA migration agents examination preparation course for students in Victoria, and he continues to prepare and present continuing education seminars for both the MIA and others. .
